Many instructors on different levels are constantly reminding students to put cell phones and Ipods away.
Here is a recent news article that is trying to have students use Ipods in the classroom.
Think about it, most students have them and are comfortable with them, can you use them to help you teach?

How will you monitor their usage?
ReplyDeleteWell, I would start by evaluating the work that they are supposed to be doing. There might need to be some fine tuning to make sure they have enough work to do in the time period available. But, if the assignments are getting done at the expected level is that not a good start?
